He presided over a code enforcement case of mine in Tamarac as a special magistrate. During the case he told me he doesn’t care about due process while violating my substantive and procedural due process rights leading me to file a notice of intent to sue the city, file a bar complaint against him for violations of the rules regulating the Florida bar, and intend to eventually sue him under 42USC1983. If I ran a city, I’d be very careful about ever hiring someone with such low ethics and no respect for the US Constitution!!!
