This lawyer is a thief. She took my thousands of dollars and did not render the services that we agreed on. She lied about the case being filed and served to the other party yet there were no records of such found by my new attorney. Do not use her services you will loose your money and get no resolution. She took my money and wish me good luck. When I finally realized that she was no going to help the case and spoke to her about, she lied and said I was disrespectful to her. She broke lawyer- client confidentiality by discussing my case with an acquaintance and it got back to me. I had to report her to the BBB and the Florida Bar. Save yourself some trouble. Run, do not walk, run from this one.
I worked with Tshai on a divorce/child support case. I’m truly disappointed with the service I received. She was disinterested and showed no compassion on helping find a solution for my case. Every time we spoke I had to remind her about what was going on with my case. Ultimately I could no longer afford her services because the case was just dragging out and she told me good luck. My case is still ongoing and I’m doing my best to work through it on my own. Waste of thousands of dollars.
