Born in Swindon, England, in 1953, Nancy Pelosi has practiced law in Florida since 1985. She received her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 1982 and her JD from the University of Miami in 1985. She is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and over the past 35+ years she has developed broad experience in civil and commercial litigation, estate-related matters such as wills, probate, and trust administration, and a wide range of family law issues. In 2013, Mrs. Pelosi established her own practice to provide the kind of personal, solutions-oriented representation she believes clients deserve. While she has worked in many areas, she is especially dedicated to helping families stay out of court whenever possible. Her mediation and collaborative background is deep: she earned Florida Supreme Court certification as a family law mediator in 1999 and became a founding member of The Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida in 2000.
