WORKING WITH THIS ATTORNEY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. HE IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO AN HOA. HE HAS NO IDEA ON HOW TO TREAT THE ELDERLY. HIS ONLY CONCERN IS MAKING MONEY ANYWAY HE CAN WITHOUT ANY SCRUPPLES OF ANYONE INVOLVED. THE HOA'S DISLIKE THIS PERSON. MANY HAVE REPORTED HIM TO THE BAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE EDWARD F HOLODAK. HE IS A BIG LOSER. HE SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE FLORIDA BAR FOR HIS DISHONESTY.;

Horrible treatment of 55+ condo owners. Holodak appears to play a role of protecting the HOA even if it means ignoring state law. I received a letter from his office riddled with inaccuracies. Clearly trying to be intimidating but based on what? Not Florida law. Saw review saying Florida Bar is investigating, that’s great! It is shameful what is happening under this attorney.
