Suopposed to be representing me but was looking after my ex interest. Never had my interest at heart and at the last minute, when document was to be signed, he excused himself and met my ex privately prior to signing the document and put another lawyer from the same office, which I never met to answer my questions in the room, while he was also present. I guess you can understand what happened, correct?
Overall was disappointed in Mr. Rumbold's performance. He did not prepare for several hearings until the day before, and was not responsive to my requests for information, and was not aware of certain basic provisions of family law (pertaining to child support). After he failed to show up for a major hearing I decided to change attorneys.
