Michele M. Thomas, Esq. is a Shareholder and Managing Partner at Adrian Philip Thomas, P.A., a boutique Fort Lauderdale law firm specializing in Florida estate, trust, and probate litigation. A native of South Florida, she has practiced law in Broward County for more than 30 years.
Michele began her career focused on estate planning and administration, handling uncontested probate matters, trust administration, and the preparation of Federal Estate Tax Returns. This foundation proved invaluable when she transitioned into litigation. Today she concentrates her practice on complex estate and trust litigation as well as appellate work in those areas, helping clients navigate high-stakes disputes involving wills, trusts, fiduciary duties, and inheritance rights throughout Florida.
