I had an excellent experience working with Itamar Gelbman, I was involved in a real estate transaction where the buyer failed to perform in good faith to obtain third-party financing. Itamar stepped in and immediately provided a demand letter upon my request. He represented me in dealing with the buyer's lawyer, and thanks to his actions, the buyer promptly released the earnest money. Itamar's responsiveness and legal expertise were impressive, and I highly recommend him for any real estate legal matters!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
