Becker Law Office PLC is a law firm established in 1985 with an office in Florence, KY. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing personal injury, nursing home abuse and neglect, car accidents and 14 other areas of law.
I wasn't 100% satisfied with the service that I received, I personally feel like they didn't push hard enough to get the settlement that I deserved for the amount of injuries that I sustained, I'm still suffering to this day from those injuries and are permanently disabled from it. Even tho they are very friendly people n they was pretty quick at responding to my texts most off the time, I thank than for their services but I know with a different lawyer I would've benefit more. That's my opinion
I received very little proactive communication from Becker. I had three different lawyers over the course of a year. I was not notified that my lawyer had left the company and my phone and email messages went unanswered. When I eventually got a hold of somebody, they apparently had Reassigned my case from a different lawyer. I had a proactively call that lawyer every time I wanted an update on anything. I felt like if I didn’t call them nothing was getting done.
We worked with Becker to help us with my fathers death as a result of a hole in the concrete at the bottom of the handicamp ramp at a Red Roof. Didnt get nearly the settlement we expected (not even close to our expectations), communication was not good, settlement was not good, overall impression of Becker Law is not good and I would strongly suggest anyone look elsewhere for quality legal care: Becker Law is not a quality firm.
It was very difficult to get ahold of the attorney that represented me and his paralegal. When you call the “law firm” you actually go to a call center and all they can do for you is send a message. For over a year I sent texts and left voicemails to figure out the status on my case that was almost three years old and not complex.
