Hired Law Firm
Very pleased with the representation I recieved from this firm. After my accident, they were very helpful in gettin gme what I needed in terms of medical and captial reimburstments. Special thanks to Robert Lantzy. He was a termendous help during my time in need. Be patient and everything will work out for the best!
Well Talked to law firm They wanted me to get all medical papers on my case and mail it to them. I did all of the running around and dropped them off. waiting to hear back from them they wanted to see how many times the doctor recorded that i showed him or told him about a lump that ended up being cancer. they sort of wanted me to prove to them I showed him more than one time. so I got medical papers showed him in 2019 and in 2020 several times. so after I dropped off papers it was a couple weeks before I even heard back from someone and they wanted to know if I saw any other doctor about this between the first time in 2019 and march 2020 I said no he was my primary doctor and said not to worry. well they said if you saw another doctor we might of took your case how stupid of a answer I see my primary doctor he tells me nothing to worry about 3 times but because I didn't see another primary doctor its my fault. My Insurance doesn't even allow you to do that.
They are not the firm you want handling your case. That simple, they are horrible. Bob is a liar and blows off his clients. Also, they intercept phone calls going to Mike Morris from the hospital. When I asked them if they were affiliated, the secretary said they were. All Lies!

Hired Law Firm
This firm will take your case, have Mr. Larry Buckfire evaluate it, such as $23,000., and bait and switch to unexpierenced lawyers within the firm. I my case I had 3 lawyers. I not only had to find the derfendants when they moved, but then prod him on when the case got bogged down. This lawfirm also dismisses some of the defendants' without discussion with me, the client. A defendant was dismissed because he supposedly had no assets. A judment is good for 10 years &can be renewed for another 10.
Atty. Robert J. Lantzy is rude and argumentative. Can't recommend him.

Hired Law Firm
Please be aware of hiring this firm. They will pull a "bait and switch" and you will not end up with the experienced attorney that you met on your initial consultation. Instead, you will end up with an attorney fresh out of law school that will botch your case. Having to do your own leg work to get documents from government offices is ridiculous when you hire an attorney. Requests for a more experienced attorney are ignored.
At the settlement conference, Robert Lantzy, the attorney from the firm that represented my son and I exhibited strange behavior, for example, the insurance company first offer was $115,000.00. My attorney refused the offer, asking only $55,000.00. However, conversation between the lawyer and mediator was strange, because the mediator wanted to know why my lawyer insisted on asking only $55,000.00, a question I never had answered, and he refused to provide a copy of the actual settlement check.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
