Hired Law Firm

When one of Ianelli's clients called him to have a question answered about a case for which he was hired, Ianelli would either not answer his client's calls or hang up on his client. Ianelli also hung up on the other party involved in the case as well. He used snail mail in the digital age. Ianelli manipulated his client by instilling fear and anxiety in him so that he could get away with providing him false information. All of the above racked up $$$ for Ianelli to keep for himself.
