I was looking for an attorney to handle an expungement of an old charge even though I am no longer living in the United States. I emailed a number of lawyers and Dave's response was detailed yet concise and told me what the fee would be. His fee ended up being mid-range: not the cheapest and not the highest, which I liked. He also explained how he calculated the fee and what the process and timeline would look like. We did a Zoom meeting and I found him to be a very friendly, down-to-earth man I felt comfortable with. He was able to get the expungement quickly, had it notarized and even went to the Secretary of State to have an apostille put on it (which other countries require for authentication) and mailed it to my attorney in my current country. All this was during a horrific snowstorm. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Dave Seiter for help with any legal matter he handles.
