I’ve hired him for two serious cases nothing crazy and he goes to work EVERY single time to give me a way better outcome. I’ve had tickets for speeding and one for a traffic accident, no injuries, and he went to court for me and basically got it dropped or minimal fee. Thanks Sean!!
He did nothing to improve my case. He called to tell me he couldn't defend my ticket the day before my court date. He was a complete waste of money, totally incompetent and unethical lawyer. Avoid him at all costs
If I could put a 0 I would McDermott is incompetent!! should not be an attorney to represent anybody he misleads people ,Does not care about anybody, does not look at the cases, doesn't even know if the client is in jail without bond! leave the messages for them to be in court that he's waiting for them and they're in the county jail without bond! never goes to see them ,Does not care about them at all !!Doesn't care if they're older person, doesn't care if they have mental illness ,does not care if they are able to read, illiterate anything he does not take the time with them at all especially if he's court appointed attorney!! If you want a attorney that won't do anything for you he's your guy!
