You should engage an attorney in order to get this mess straightened out. Apparently it is going to take some cooperation from the Police Department which is not going to be granted to you voluntarily. You will need an attorney in order to do this. Is the car worth it?

You will need a good trial lawyer. Most lawyers, including myself offer free consultations. Discuss the details in private and not on a public forum.

Commonly probation will be revoked and you will serve the first sentence, and then you will have to deal with the second charge.
