I contacted Attorney Golden after reviewing his website. I left a message explaining my case as briefly as I could. He returned my call in less than an hour and explained that he didn’t practice in my area of employment law but would review with me my case briefly. He recommended that I pursue another course of action to test the waters first you might say and said I could do this without an attorney. He really did an excellent job of explaining in simple terms how the various law worked in my case. So I am doing what he suggested on my own. He also warned me that some lawyers might lead me on if I still wanted to pursue the issue with a lawyer only to tell me several thousand dollars down the road that my case was tenuous. I appreciated no end his directness and that he also laid out an alternative.
