My previous employer was attempting to appeal my unemployment benefits months after I had already received them. I had a lot of debt hanging over my head if we lost the case. Ultimately, we won after the opposing party did not show to the appeal. Nevertheless, I feel that because Andrew was knowledgeable of the relevant laws procedures and was invested in my case, we were able to put together a solid argument and most likely would have won our case on its merits.
