Gjesdahl Law, P.C. is a seven-lawyer firm whose practice is exclusively devoted to family law. We represent husbands, wives, moms, dads, grandparents and, by court appointment, children, in all family law courts in North Dakota and Minnesota. We handle virtually every type of family law case, have tried many cases, and have an excellent record of success. We will not try a case without thoroughly exploring prospects for a fair outcome through negotiation. We increase our client's chances for a positive outcome through in-depth factual investigation and a careful understanding of applicable law. Hired Attorney Christel Croxen

Christel Croxen's handling of my simple divorce proceedings was way below any professional standards I would recommend. There were typos on documents, emails from me they did not review or missed details on, clerical errors at were made in the court by the court staff. When I asked her to check into it, I received a very terse response "this isn't something we normally do". She has not been practicing very long, it was very apparent. It would be better to find another attorney.

Hired Attorney Michael Gjesdahl

A firm founded by an abuser, to educate young abusers, to serve abusers that will further corrupt and fuel the family court system. If you want your child sold through family court, please do use that firm. If you want to sell yourself so the founder can benefit, by no means, please do.

Hired Law Firm

Jason McLean does not believe in shared parenting. His referral to Rebecca Lawler as a Guardian Ad Litem was a disaster. Google her for yourself. 2 years and 30k later it's done. Only then did I find out he doesn't even believe in shared parenting. This law firm opposed measure 6. Take your business to a law firm that supports shared parenting! !
