In 2 years, I talked to my Lawyer Kaylene Crum only 2x. The 2nd time was the last time and on that call I decided she wasn't looking out for my best interest. She admitted to only using 1 doctor because he "fudges" the numbers. This doctor (Dr Whitelaw) failed to use 1 measuring tool and gave me 0 dexterity tests and came to a conclusion of 46% digit impairment. Another doctor laughed at that evaluation and said it should be double that. Kaylene kept cutting me off and saying things that were quite concerning to me. She claimed my doc "critiqued" his work by saying my injury was worse than it appeared. That makes no sense. I also explained to her that I spoke to other people and she immediately became upset and said,You can't talk to other people,which again was concerning to me. I explained how others laughed at the amount she was trying to get me to settle on, saying not only was it low but it was pathetic. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone, she is too busy + doesn't care

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
