Are the characteristics that I would use to define Taso, after I witnessed him methodically break down the Prosecution’s case at my preliminary hearing, ultimately forcing them to quit and drop my felony charge. I’ve been in trouble with the justice system in the state of Virginia more times than I could count and I’ve never had a lawyer, paid or otherwise work with me, and listen to me to achieve the desired outcome of my case. I truly wish I could echo the glowing reviews about Taso Saunders, but my family’s experience has been the complete opposite. In my personal opinion, the level of communication and support we received was extremely disappointing. Despite calling the office more than ten times, emailing multiple times, and even texting the number provided to us, we have received virtually no response. Each time I reached out, staff simply said they would “pass the message along,” yet nothing ever came of it. From my perspective, it felt like constant runaround with no real engagement or follow-through. My son is scheduled for sentencing this Thursday, and to the best of my knowledge, he has not had any meaningful contact from his attorney. I understand that lawyers are busy, but communication and presence—especially before sentencing—are basic expectations when someone hires legal counsel. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this attorney. I strongly encourage others to consider alternatives
