A 5/5 Star Lawyer! You’ll find Steven to be an extremely honest man that you’ll trust very quickly. He and his team were amazing and extremely thorough in yielding a significantly positive outcome in my favor. Proving cohabitation in Virginia isn’t easy; but with Steven’s leadership of the investigation and aggressive lawyer skills, he negotiated an unbelievable deal that was likely cheaper than a courtroom trial. From my experience in this, you definitely want Steven on your team.

I retained Steve Goldman for representation in 2017. Out of the 5 attorneys I've used, Steve is the best. When you can't afford to make a mistake, call Steve. First and foremost, Steve is an honest man, and a good guy. The kind of guy you want to have your back. And if this if your first rodeo, take note – you NEED someone in your corner. Second, he's an expert in his field and has bent over backward to assist me. when you've got Steve in your corner, you've got the best.

After being unfairly taken advantage of so many times, and for so long by my ex-wife, I never thought justice and fairness would prevail. I was wrong. Steve Goldman righted a situation that was very wrong. He was able to get a negotiated settlement, even when I thought it was impossible. He helped my avoid thousands of dollars in unnecessary court hearings. He helped keep me balanced through the whole ordeal. Steve Goldman is the best attorney I could have ever hoped for through this all

Steven not only corrected a multitude of issues and disaster from the first attorney I had hired for a temporary custody hearing. He turned a great deal around for my divorce, by keeping me informed, helping to minimize the emotional impact for myself, and my family, all so that I could focus on the important issues and address things effectively. He is extremely sharp, fearless with opposition, wastes no time knocking out issues and absolutely NOTHING gets past him. Steven is highly recommended

Mr. Goldman was very knowledgeable and professional. He is skilled in collaborative divorce and our case was no exception. He and his staff were very understanding and they explained everything. Communication took place in a timely manner and I never had to worry that something wasn't being taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone who faces the challenges of divorce. He genuinely cared that our family seek a peaceful resolution.

Hired Attorney

I engaged Steven Goldman for legal counsel surrounding my divorce in Northern Virginia. My experience with Steven as my counsel was not a positive one. In my opinion, Steven is a very intelligent and proficient attorney. However, in my experience the communication was lacking, where I oftentimes felt “out of the loop” surrounding the status of my case. When I raised this concern with Steven, the tone of the attorney-client relationship deteriorated. In one instance, an Order was emailed to me from his legal assistant for my signature. The Order contained an outdated address. When I responded to the assistant’s email identifying the error, I received an unintentional email from Steven to the legal assistant with myself carbon copied “CC’d”, referring to me as an expletive. Steven did follow this email with a phone call in which he admitted the mistake and apologized. However, the incident further confirmed my skepticism in whether Steven was serving in my best interests.
