I might have given Mike a higher score--except that several years after I worked with him, I found that there were errors and oversights in dealing with my some aspects of my case. These resulted in $32,000 in unanticipated payments which, had things been handled correctly, I would not have been responsible for. As a result, I've suffered considerable hardship. Since I no longer had the resources to pay Mike to sort out the mess his office had allowed to happen, this experience left a bad taste.
