Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Jason Weis at Curran Mohan Weis Family Law. Having dealt with a narcissist ex-husband for 25 years who was also controlling and verbally abusive, I developed anxiety and depression. I truly did not think there would be light at the end of the tunnel. After my first initial meeting with Jason, I instantly felt hopeful that with him, we could conquer the task ahead to file for a divorce. His sincerity, empathy and compassion allowed me a safe space to tell my story. He advocated for what was best for me and made the process less stressful by answering all my questions along with those I did not anticipate. I am grateful for Jason and the team at the law office who was a part of handling my divorce case. Jason, I thank you and words could not describe my sincere gratitude for your work and the compassion you showed me during this ordeal. You're the BEST of the BEST!
I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his paralegal Jennifer. Protracted case with Jason, 6 years running now. I'm grateful I have him in my corner. Jason is an expert in this field of law and his command of the subject matter is unquestionable. His advice is always wise and on point. He's reasonable, fair, and interested in finding the best overall solution (for all parties). He is also not afraid to tell you like it is when you need to hear it. He has saved me from myself on multiple occasions. He's clear, articulate, and efficient in the court room. He has a knack for cutting thru the minutia and homing in on the critical issues and what's necessary and prudent to argue them. When he gets on a roll, it is amazing to watch, as stated I'm glad he's in my corner! Jason's fees are reasonable. And it is clear he has my best interests at the forefront and never once has taken any action that could remotely be construed as having his bottom line in mind.
Jason came highly recommended to me and I am thankful I hired him. He is thorough, diligent, responsive and knows his way around the Fairfax county courts and law. His sound advice, intuition and negotiating skills saved me. I can't say enough.
I had about three days of intensive web-walking and asking friends to find the best lawyer I could because my Ex tried to screw me. I did some intensive research on not just the law firm but Jason in particular both on his writing ability as well as his litigation skills (I wanted a guy who could fight if he had to but not be a jerk so we could try to work towards the fastest solution) and I have to say he was all that I hoped for and more. If you want a fighter who has your back, He's your guy.
Five years ago, when I was entering a high conflict divorce battle, Jason was recommended to me by a reputable attorney. During the first consultation,Jason appeared to be trustworthy, smart, professional and yet, personable. I had no desire to look further.Jason has been my lawyer for over five years representing me before three different county courts. He won every case in both trial and appellate courts. I always felt that Jason was a godsend and I have been so blessed to have him by my side.
Super nice guy- smart, became a counselor, attorney and personal friend. He helped me through the darkest time in my life.
Jason is a life saver. The fact that he's licensed in DC, MD, and VA has helped a lot. He's honest and hardworking. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Jason was personable, attentive, and empathetic to the challenges I faced. My divorce did not involve many assets, but dealt with the most important thing in my life my daughter. Jason’s dedication ensured the settlement was in my best interest and supported our overall end states. He was always there to keep perspective and offer guidance focusing my decision-making. He never allowed opposing counsel to fabricate information to gain ground and was top notch in negotiations.
Jason is a top notch attorney who provided sound legal advice and excellent strategy in a very difficult and contentious case. He helped to keep the client calm during the tough parts of the process, yet always keeping the best interest of the client's needs.
Jason Weis is a phenomenal lawyer. He took on a case with many unusual facets that would make the average lawyer think twice about taking on. My case was very unusual, in that my spouse was located in the Netherlands, as well as our dependent child and personal property. Jason took this case on and succeeded in winning my divorce case with resounding results. I could not have been more fortune to have him represent me. He is dedicated, a tactician in the court room, and he cares you.
