We hired Dave to represent our teenage son for a traffic violation. He was knowledgeable and consultative from the very start, and extremely low pressure. He even offered complimentary advice in case we wanted to save the lawyer fees and represent ourselves. We decided to hire him for peace of mind and are glad that we did. Mr. Dischley saved me from jail. I was pulled off for going at almost 100 mph on George Washington Parkway, speed limit of 50, and federal jurisdiction. Everything indicated I was going to spend some time in jail. I found the situation completely unfair and stressful since it was my first charge ever and I never drive that fast, I was actually on a rental and on a family trip. I didn't know anyone. I hired Mr. Dischley because he sounded knowledgeable and kind, and he is a Marine. The government had tightened its policy recently, so we couldn't make an agreement for the hearing so we went to trial. David made me take two courses and do 110 hours of community service. That impressed the prosecutor and the judge, who admitted to being determined to put me behind bars but only gave me license suspension and a fine. David was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. He worked hard and bottom-through to understand my case and profile and made an amazing defense. And all for a flat fee.
