Brendan Daniel Harold

I hired Brendan to help me during a scary time with a domestic situation. I was very intimidated by the whole legal system and afraid no one would believe my side. It was a complicated case, as the person I was trying to get protection from had been filing false retaliatory cases against me and there was a long history of evidence and events. Brendan off the bat was very direct, organized with what information, evidence he wanted from me. He is very professional. In the court room, you get the feeling that he is "about business" which made me feel I was in good hands. We won the protective order. Subsequently, when the other party filed an appeal and retaliatory protective order against me, we won again.

I had to aquire an attorney at the last minute the day before a trial against a neighbor. Mr. Harold accepted my case just before 5pm the day before my court case, and he needed a lot of information before we appeared in court at 10am. Mr Harold prepared for my case overnight, and was at the courthouse before 10am to discuss our case. Mr. Harold did an outstanding job representing me and my family, and won our case against the defense. With so little time, he was prepared and ready to go. Brendan's office is bright, clean and well organized, located a few 1000 feet from the courthouse (walking distance). Brendan always returned my phone calls quickly. He always answered any question I had. He was able to plead my case down to a lesser charge and my fines were about 80% lower then my first charge. He did most of the talking for me when we were standing in front of the judge, and I'm thankful for it.
