I am a California lawyer and law professor helping technology and digital-age service employees, executives, franchise owners, creatives, licensed professionals, fire service and EMS employees, organizations, entrepreneurs, public agencies and business owners find practical solutions to legal challenges involving employment and partnership disputes, workplace investigations, mediation, contracts, compliance, trade secrets, unfair competition, interference, severance agreements, labor and employment law, and civil litigation. I am based in the Los Angeles and Sacramento areas, practicing statewide.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Attorney Joe Rose received his Juris Doctor with honors from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, where he excelled in many academic subjects and trial and appellate advocacy competitions. He was recognized for trial skills by the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2004, and a 2013 graduate of the renown Spence Trial Lawyers College.

In addition to advocating for his clients, Joe Rose shares his knowledge with law students at his alma mater where he has been on the faculty since 2005.

Joe was the best. From the moment I initially consulted him, he was understanding and was able to talk me through the entire process before I even committed to hiring him. Once we were under contract, I was able to get in touch with him easily through his online portal (awesome and easy way to keep track of all documents, meetings and hearings) and any phone calls I requested were generally returned within an hour or two. If I even need to consult in the future Mr. Rose will be my first choice. His years in public service allow him to understand some of the issues, without explanation and truly make him a top professional in this type of law. Outstanding representation all around.

We contacted Joe to help our daughter with an employment issue. The case wasn't enough for Joe to take on officially, but Joe still took the time to get to know the facts in the issue, get to know our daughter and gave her some excellent guidance and advice. He even helped her compose a letter to her employer. All this was done without any payment. We are extremely grateful as he helped her maintain her power and dignity in the situation. This was definitely above and beyond what was called for!
