Instead I will be filing a complaint against their firm. And take them to court to force them to return my Paperwork that I had my Fiance Mail to their Office. As you can see above they've made a threat that they will file charges for attempting to refuse to represent me in the VA's court and help appeal my Survivor's benefit's. If you're not a homeless Veteran don't waste your time with them. All they want is Veterans that can qualify for the highest disability rating (100%) with the least amount of effort required on their part. All they want is easy, quick VA claims. Look elsewhere if you're not homeless.
I contacted them, gave them the information to start a case Yet I have not hear a word from them since I have first contacted them
MS BOUSKA WAS CONTACT BY MS CELESTE RISLEY. UNFORTUNATELY SINCE THEY ARE EMPLOYED BY THE STATE. SHE WAS FWD A LINK TO THE FEDERAL LEVEL TO HELP EXPEDITE THE PROCESS OF HER DECEASED EX HUSBAND'S INSURANCE BENEFITS. AGAIN NOW THAT THE PAPERWORK WILL TAKE 6 MONTHS FROM WHEN WE MAILED IT OUT. HER PHONE SERVICE WAS TURNED OFF. NOW UNLESS WE GO AND ROB A BANK WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO A SOURCE OF $60,000-100,000. I WILL CONTINUE TO FILE THESE REVIEWS UNTIL EITHER MY AND/$ COMES THROUGH WITH DSS HERE IN LINCOLN NEB OR WE START DOING WITCHCRAFT OF SOME KIND. THIS ECONOMY IS TAKING A TOLL FOR THE WORST ON US 3. CAUSING US TO CLASH HEADS. NOT COMING TOGETHER. I PRAY THAT THEIR FIRM EITHER GETS SHUT DOWN OR THEY WIRE A CHECK OF THE SAID AMOUNT ABOVE. AND TO HELP SHUT DOWN THE PROPERTY MANAGER HERE IN NICKERSON NEB WHO HAS SUBPOEANED MS MELODY BOUSKA AT HER LOT #43 AT 207 WALNUT ST. WE HAVE NO WAY OF $ OFF HER LOT RENT HER PHONE SERVICE OR HER NEXTLINK WIFI INTERNET WHEN IT COMES TO PAY THE BILL.
