Lee is quick to reply back to emails but lack communication and follow ups. I can see why people say he is good but taking a month to file court papers is too long. A client should not have to keep following up to get answers. Quality of work is not worth the asking price.
Lee is a great guy but has to much on his plate to give clients the attention they deserve for the money. Lack of filing paperwork on time, little to no communication. He won my case for me but I could have won it with someone else too. I went to Lee because I heard he was great. I would say he is good but you can pay the same price for someone else who will give you the time of day and do what your paying them to do. Since moving over to Dentons. Lee has changed.
Tom was buddy-buddy with my ex (I found after the fact). He sided with my ex and just about every point and left my autistic son for me to deal with. I should have fired him but by that time I was so exhausted from the whole thing, I just wanted to be rid of all of them! Even 11 years later I'm feeling the profound impact of his malpractice.
This attorney lacked communication and ethics. Child custody, reduction of child support and contempts were to be sought. 1 1/2 years later, the only thing accomplished has been a drastic INCREASE of child support. Child support has been illegally garnished from unemployment AND retirement at the same time! Even the judge asked why and how it happened and why it's taken over a year for it to be presented to him! This attorney has extreme difficulty abiding by Fiduciary Duty! Reckless!
