The real value add in legal services is not so much in proficiency in the law but in executing a tactical and strategic plan based on the business realities of the parties.
After setting up a meeting that required me to divert from Dallas, TX, to Eugene and indicating his interest in my case and offering a strategy, he completely ghosted me after the meeting, refusing to return calls or answer emails. I'd previously had a successful relationship with Copeland and can only assume he's not interested in non-corporate cases. I can only wish he'd been upfront with me from the beginning.
