A witness (civil peace officer) was called to stand to provide a statement on the charges he filed against Joe Fitz client. Joe went on to badger this officer and brought up this officers personal matters and an incident that almost claimed the life of his wife - completely unrelated to this event - and use it against him. Joe is a sick man for this. Lost my respect and I will make sure everyone hears this story about this man!!!

I am absolutely floored. After contacting and leaving a voicemail with my name, I was told by Scot himself, that he has partied and golfed with my husband- no problem … but he then got in with my husband’s friend to see if it’s the “right” brother that will be facing divorce from me. He told me that the friend might tell my husband so I should be aware of that. Thanks. Disgusted. Put myself and children in a horrible position. No words. I am still in shock- who does that… most unprofessional conversation have ever had.
