If a Trustor told me I was in Trust and I later found out I was not, do I have any rights?

Does not appear you are entitled to anything, as you are not a beneficiary of the trust nor the trustee wherein you may have been entitled to charge the trust for services acting as trustee.

How can I get my name back on a house my mother left for my brother and sisters?

Answered by attorney Brian Haggerty (Unclaimed Profile)
Estate Planning lawyer at Minor, Bandonis & Haggerty P.C.
First, you don't have a family lawyer. A lawyer can ethically and legally only represent one person. So you signed a deed and gave your brother your interest in your home. You can get a lawyer and sue him to undo that.

Can a spouse receive 1/3 of a child's part of an estate even though they were only married for one and a half years?

You are advised to seek the assistance of probate legal counsel for a legal opinion. I don't believe so as the child's share is the result of intestate succession from the deceased parent. Marriage doesn't entitle one to receive a share of the other person's gift from an intestate estate.
