You need to file a petition for probate and possibly a partition action. There is no way around it so see a probate attorney immediately.

If you are a beneficiary or potential beneficiary, you can challenge the will but you will have to show that it was not proper under the law or that a more recent will exists. However, to show the latter, you will have to actually find the more recent will. There is no one place that wills can be found. You should check desks, file cabinets, bank safe deposit boxes, safes, and attorney's offices where you think the deceased may have done business.

What do I do if I disagree with being the sole beneficiary of my mothers estate?

The Will governs the distribution of the estate; there are a couple of things you can do. 1. Accept the estate and give your sisters their share but this may have tax consequences. Consult with an attorney. 2. You sisters can file a friendly challenge to the probate and you can all stipulate to a settlement, which has the advantage of being an estate distribution, not a gift from you to your sisters. More time and expense in the probate, lower likelihood of adverse tax situation.
