I assume your children would let your wife stay there? It is basically yours and then your children's. If you die before your wife, your kids can let your wife stay there. I would make sure your sister as executor transfers the house properly as soon as she legally can so there are no issues down the road.

Your question is not clear, are you his legal child or not? If not, then you would have no right. Step-children do not have inheritance rights in Nevada. If you are a legal child, then you may be entitled to either have the house sold and split the net proceeds with the other children or buy them out. In any event, it sounds like a probate will need to be opened. If you are a legal child of his and have rights to inherit you may wish to retail counsel to assist you.

Tell him to move the money now or take your name off the account. He has the power and he is the one that should be handling the money, not you. You are just waiting for a lawsuit when he says you didn't handle something properly.
