What legal recourse do we have if the other attorney did an illegal paperwork?

Answered by attorney Christine James
Estate Planning lawyer at James Law Group
Your attorney should know how to handle this, but you need to go to court, advise the court of what has happened, and compel the documents. Again, your attorney should be able to do this.

How do I attain a copy of my mother's will?

Answered by attorney Dara J. Goldsmith
Estate Planning lawyer at Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C.
If the Will was lodged young o Tao. A copy from the courthouse. Also I'd the Will was probated a copy may be attached to the initial petition. As far as what is required, i.e., probate, it is difficult to say without knowing how the assets were titled at the time of your mother's death. Best of luck to you. Seek out legal Counsel if you are unsure.

How could we remove a co-trustee from our mothers will?

Kimberly Demetrice French
Answered by attorney Kimberly Demetrice French (Unclaimed Profile)
Estate Planning lawyer at Law Offices of Kimberly D. Moss, PLLC
It appears that the trust requires a termination notice that is signed by the beneficiaries in the presence of a notary. Your best bet is going to be to consult with an estate planning attorney for guidance on how to get rid of the corporate trustee.
