Is there any law against the other 3 parties making money off of what I've paid and worked for?

Answered by attorney Victor L. Waid (Unclaimed Profile)
Estate Planning lawyer at Law Office of Victor Waid
No, there is no law. But consider the: did you pay rent for those years to the other siblings? If not, your siblings will certainly have an offset to any major claim in value you may have for increasing the value of the land. Yes the property can be sold. You can offer to purchase their interests. All of you may want to consider the use of a mediator to come to an agreement as to sale, value, etc.

How can we get our money from our trustee who did not follow the trust?

Answered by attorney Dara J. Goldsmith
Estate Planning lawyer at Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C.
You really need to consult an attorney to address your options. In Nevada, you may choose to confirm the Trust with the probate court and require an accounting. Again, meet with an attorney who can review the trust and advise you on your rights.

If my sister died without a will and 6 months later her husband died, can her son claim what she left?

Estate Planning lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
If there was no will the husbands estate takes and the property goes by state law. You, and her son should counsel with an attorney.
