After being rear-ended in a car accident by a driver that was texting while driving and was going 40 mph, we decided to contact Backus & Schanker due to severe injuries that we received and their team of lawyers got right to work on our case. A long process but they kept us informed the whole time.it was a privilege to have Chase Allen and Kaitlyn Riebe help us through our case and finally get it resolved!! My husband was in a horrific vehicle accident on I-25 in NOCO during the time all the construction was going on in the north. The accident nearly and could have easily taken his life. This all started during Covid and took 2 and half years to finish. Kyle Bachus and his team are very knowledgeable. They would not be intimated in to accepting anything less than the fair settlement on our behalf. They fought to get everything available to us. We highly recommend this firm.
