Hired Law Firm

I called to see if we would be fit, but you can't get past the gate keeper unless you pay $75.00. To bad, this would have been an easy cash grab and W for you. To expect someone to pay $75 for simple question is crazy, maybe people in Elkhart are stupid and pay it, if you have brains, walk away and find someone else. Most attorneys will answer a question for free.

Hired Law Firm

We payed our initial consultation fee and then retained him with $4500. He was very unresponsive and provided zero quality advice whatsoever. Two weeks before our trial date he just up and walked away from our case by sending us an email stating he would refund us our retainer. He kept $1300 of it after doing absolutely nothing to help us. Completely unethical and I am most definitely reporting him to the State.
