Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. When you are seeking an attorney, you need someone who knows the local court system, is respected by the court and peers, and is highly skilled in the area of law your case involves. In Eagle County, Colorado, Taggart Howard meets all of these criteria. He is sympathetic, personable, extremely thorough, and consistently professional. From the outset, he focused on obtaining the best possible resolution for my DWAI case. He carefully analyzed the situation, went through the details, explained what the law required, and prepared me for the worst‑case scenario. At the same time, he identified the positive aspects of my case and used them to present the strongest picture he could of my circumstances. Through pre‑trial negotiations with the district attorney, Mr. Howard secured a plea agreement that carried only the bare minimum penalties the law allowed, and he obtained the court’s acceptance of that plea. I strongly endorse the services of Taggart H. Howard.
I had a great experience working with Taggart Howard. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and truly knowledgeable in his field. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process and made sure I understood all my options. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and commitment to getting the best possible outcome. He was always available to answer my questions and handled everything with confidence and professionalism. I highly recommend Taggart Howard to anyone looking for reliable and dedicated legal representation. You can trust that you are in good hands.
There was a lot of confusion around an otherwise minor legal matter that I needed a lawyer's opinion on and Taggart was extremely helpful in helping me resolve it. He is professional, timely, courteous, came to our meetings having gone above and beyond, and was very patient helping answer all my questions (dumb ones and all). I really enjoyed working with him and would certainly do so again.
I highly recommend Taggart. He clearly explains the what, how and why and keeps the client informed. His approach is no nonsense, explains each step clearly, and offers sensible actions for the client as the case progresses. Trust him; he will guide you through it all.
I highly recommend Taggart for his exceptional support and professionalism. Taggart provided prompt communication, took my situation head-on without overpromising, and responded to me with compassionate guidance. He offered grace, exceeded expectations, and delivered more than I could have imagined. With Taggart's support, I transformed a challenging situation into an opportunity for growth and gained valuable lessons that have positively impacted my life. I am grateful for his assistance.
I was new to Colorado, and this was my first offense. I was nervous. I did not understand what it happened. Taggart was really helpful in getting a traffic violation resolved in Eagle County. For a very reasonable fee, he made the process extremely smooth, explaining each step along the way. He was able to get my violation and points reduced and help me avoid an in-person appearance at the Eagle County court, which was a huge relief being from Denver.
Knowing Taggart Howard is an Attorney for the 5th Judicial District, I knew he was the right Attorney to represent me. It was the 1st time I had ever been arrested. I was scared and stressed out thinking I could lose my job, home and possibly my wife. Taggart used his knowledge of the law and expertise to explain in detail the possible outcomes of my case. He was prompt in his emails to me, to keep me informed of what was going on. He gave me hope. The outcome was better than I expected. Taggart Howard represents the true meaning of compassion, respect, open/ honest communication and in the end, all the happiness in the world. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a great down to earth Attorney.
I would hight recommend Taggart Howard. He got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for.
