Hired Law Firm

I worked principally with Mr. Ramesh Gurnani from 2006 to 2013. I will describe him in three words: Professional, Knowledgeable and Caring. Besides my own personal experience, I had lots of opportunity to obverse how Ramesh Gurnani, Anita Gurnani and their office staff deal with customers. They are proactive and they fight hard for their customers.

Very through and diligent. Ms. Gurnani helped with my initial H1B filing and subsequent transfer and extensions. She also helped file for my GC and subsequent extension.

Ms Anita Gurnani is a conscientious attorney. From the start till the end, she diligently worked towards obtaining a green card for my mother; not a simple task given the age of my mother and the myriad problems we encountered while procuring the required certificates. Ms. Gurnani was extremely helpful and provided the best legal support and appropriate advice at all times. She and her team followed up with Immigration as and when necessary and successfully obtained the green card for my mother

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
