I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Gillman Capone Law during my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. From the very beginning, Mr. Capone was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly patient and compassionate. We were ignored for weeks after paying our retainer. We were unrepresented in court for a wage garnishment hearing. The conclusion was 100% repayment, no help on student loans and an impossible monthly payment. Very unprofessional and combative staff. No sense of urgency and zero understanding. The end result was the same debt (+3000 for retainer), a seven year stain of bankruptcy and absolutely no chance of a refund of retainer (although they have done nothing but put us in a worse spot than before). This was a horrendous mistake. I feel like I was speaking to a scam artist more than a law firm.
