Howard is a great lawyer to have. He is very attentive to your case. He promptly returns calls and answers any questions you may have. I have had other lawyers and they all seemed to talk down to me. Howard always had time to answer my questions no matter how dumb they may have been.
David Stauber is kind, intelligent and well versed. He is very respected and respectable, these are the qualities I looked for when I interviewed him as my perspective Attorney back in 2001. That is correct you read correctly "I" Interviewed him as I was not settling on a know it all type that was going to treat me like just another file folder. David is a wonderful Attorney and treats each client like a Human Being. That's why I would refer anyone to him that needs a Compensation Lawyer.

Very Professional. Very Knowledgeable. I would Highly recommend him. He is mainly Workers' Comp. But I have used his services for other court hearings.
I have only used one lawyer in the firm, I never actually went with the firm. But I know other who have, and the firm comes highly recommended.

Working with this lawyer has been somewhat challenging. I always feel rushed to get off the phone when I have questions which I feel have not been fully explained. This lawyer seems to not seem to be in step with his legal assistant on all matters. What I was promised did not happen within a time frame that was expected. Jumping the hurdles of Worker's Comp are not easy to be certain. But, in some regards, I feel that I am no further ahead than I was at the beginning of this 'relationship'.
The lawyer is great, but the paralegal is unfriendly and rude.
Needs to follow up with clients or have his legal assistant return calls more quickly.
