THINK TWICE! I am writing this review out of deep concern and frustration regarding the conduct of Fafinski Mark & Johnson, specifically attorney Matthew Jensen, whose actions—or lack thereof—have directly contributed to the financial exploitation of my elderly grandmother. While my grandmother was already exhibiting clear symptoms of dementia, Mr. Jensen drafted significant changes to her estate documents without, as far as we can tell, taking any meaningful steps to ensure she had the legal capacity to consent. These major changes opened the door to the mishandling of her estate and allowed hundreds of thousands of dollars to be drained from her estate. If you are considering Fafinski Mark & Johnson or Matthew Jensen for any estate planning or elder-related legal work, I urge you to think twice. Their actions have resulted in irreversible harm to a woman who deserved protection, not exploitation.
