Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I went to Ellen Kingsley after being frustrated with my current attorney, She knows her stuff which was evident in her candid advice, to date I'm very satisfied I did.
I never thought I would need a lawyer in my life. Thank God for Ellen Kingsley. She was always interested in what was best for my kids and wasn't afraid to tell me when I was wrong. She remembered everything I told her and emailed her about. She helped me through the often unfair system.
bills fairly and very knowledgeable about child custody laws. Very thorough with her questioning and came very prepared. Really seemed to care.
Ellen cares about the people she is working for more than the paycheck at the end of the day. I've seen so many attorneys just bill and bill and bill and not care about the client. Ellen certainly puts her clients above everything else! Day or night, you can count on Ellen!
Excellent!! Always available to talk and is super fast in getting things done!! Kudos!
As anyone who has experienced divorce knows, it is an extremely sad, stressful and even scary transition in life. Ellen Kingsley helped to make me feel calm when I spoke to her about various obstacles I had to face throughout the process. She is rational, efficient and reliable. I thought she responded to my questions in a timely fashion. I also like her secretary, Linda. I would definitely recommend her.
Always got back to me quickly. Very concerned about doing what was best for my kids. Helped me through a rough time and got me a good result.
Ellen has seen me through a very difficult time in my life. She provided wise counsel and responded quickly whenever I needed help. I couldn't have done it without her.
Although she can quote divorce law verse and scripture she doesn't seem to want to consider that there may be issues outside the law that could affect the final outcome of the divorce. She seems very hard nosed about this and it makes it difficult to deal with her.
This person was not prepared nor knew the details of the case when it came time to litigate. Choosing a divorce lawyer is about the most painful task anyone will have to do in our lives and to not know the facts on such an important issue irreparably damaged my post divorce relationship with my children. In this person's defense future choices were just as poor. The popular advice was 'go along to get along because you are the wrong gender'. While this person did not state that another did. Run don't walk away from anyone that tells you at the outset that they can help you and then go on to feel best case scenario is some form of help. This isn't about money. It is about communication, preparation and compassion. Difficult attributes when searching for someone who will determine your fate.
