Although she can quote divorce law verse and scripture she doesn't seem to want to consider that there may be issues outside the law that could affect the final outcome of the divorce. She seems very hard nosed about this and it makes it difficult to deal with her.

Run don't walk away from anyone that tells you at the outset that they can help you and then go on to feel best case scenario is some form of help. This isn't about money. It is about communication, preparation and compassion. Difficult attributes when searching for someone who will determine your fate.
