I was hit by a car as a pedestrian while running. I've never had any involvement with lawyers before and was reluctant to add one more appointment to my already-full post-operative schedule of surgical, PCP & PT appointments, even though my mom suggested I retain one (which I dismissed as just too much to handle). It was finally my chiropractor Lee Kane DC who encouraged me to consult with Atty. DiBartolo since I would then be eligible for reimbursement for more ancillary care services (massage, acupuncture and later, referral to chiropractic neurologist) than what my health care insurance would cover. Most importantly, he said Ann, the paralegal, was EXCELLENT & would handle all paperwork, ambulance bills, etc. which she did - perfectly(thank God!). John is smart, experienced, personable and gets results. He told me my injury was worth more than the max coverage & advised that we sue for the max. The case was settled for just that amount, as predicted. So grateful to John & Ann!
