Hired Attorney Attorney Lawrence H. Adler

I hired Attorney Adler. He seemed to have a relationship with the defendant's (Liberty Mutual Insurance Company) attorney Phillip Newbury of Howd & Ludorf LLC. the two of them knowing the case fell under Res Judicata from the initial answer where Newbury stated this falls under resjudicata meaning the same case could not be tried twice spent four years of billing both my costs and Newbury billing Liberty Mutual. The night before the trial Adler told me just that we would lose because Newbury would file res judicata and the case would be closed. Well, my question to both attorneys is, if this was made clear in the beginning of the case why did you bill both clients for 4 years knowing it would be dismissed. Make your own observation if either one of these attorneys are someone you would want to hire. In addition my attorney, and I say that lightly, was disturbingly nasty, unavailable, and when available rude to the degree of abuse. He consistently lied to me to the point of obsession.
