The law firm of Kerry I. Rafanelli specializes in all aspects of family law.

As effective advocates on behalf of Rhode Island (RI) and Massachusetts (MA) children and families, we encourage settlement and compromise and strive to bring about resolutions that help minimize the financial and emotional impact of divorce. Our extensive experience as litigators, mediators and Guardian Ad Litem give us a unique perspective on the best way "to get to the middle" of what can often be a challenging situation. However, when required, we vigorously uphold the rights of our clients and aggressively pursue their best interests.

In addition to our practice in family law, we also serve clients with Rhode Island (RI) and Massachusetts (MA) personal injury claims, estate planning needs, and District Court criminal misdemeanor matters.

Kerry represented me during my divorce case, and I'm quite happy with his services. Hired Attorney Kerry I. Rafanelli

This was my third divorce. in my first one I had a cheap lawyer and I lost my shirt and my house. This time I hired an exceptional lawyer and Kerry got me not only what I was looking for but much more. He made the process much less painful and it was amazing watching him work in court. If you have to get a divorce then hire Kerry and know that you have the best.

Kerry is a lawyer who is approachable, patient,and professional. He listens to your concerns and explains all legal issues in a way that you can understand without making you feel inadequate. He gives a voice to the fathers who feel they don't have much of a say in a matriarchal court system. He is able to put you at ease during a stressful time and assure you that things will work out. I definitely would recommend Kerry Rafanelli to anyone looking a competent, honest and trustworthy lawyer.

I could not have been more nervous before meeting Kerry. I feelcomfortable calling him Kerry because he made me feel though he was my friend and was going to do everything in his power to help my child and I. As promised he was successful in the proceedings and secured the well being of my child. Mr. Rafanelli is a good man and a wonderful lawyer

During this difficult divorce he said he would get me thru this and he did. Compassionate to me and my family concerns, he was very knowledgeable, competent and respected by his peers and the bench as I personally witnessed. Always available and responded to my calls promptly. On target in what he says and on time in getting it done. He says what he does and does what he says. He is the right person to have on your side. An honest and blunt professional, he is worth every penny. I would recommend him and call him again if ever needed.

The world is full of good lawyers. Kerry is a good lawyer. He's also a good man. That combo is not common. He is thoughtful, kind and patient. Those qualities were important for me. He made the legal process of getting divorced less painful. I highly recommend Mr. Rafanelli for any family type law.
