Hired Law Firm

Mr. Eric Kuper was hired by my insurance company to litigate a personal injury claim for a slip & fall on one of my rental properties. Mr. Kuper was not interested in developing or creating any type of defense. I spoke to Mr. Kuper 3 times on the phone for approximately 3 minutes per call. Mr. Kuper explained to me that he couldn't be released by me but only by the insurance company and that he didn't have to answer to me. The settlement was ten times the usual amount. Mr. Kuper did nothin.
