Melvin Nash has a great many years of experience. I have never been on trial for anything outside of a traffic violation. It is a scary and long process especially in Fulton. Lawyers cannot guarantee anything, as it is a system. The case took 18 months which was hard on me and my wife, but he was able to have it fully dismissed. The State waited until last minute to do anything, but Mr. Nash handled it gracefully and always returned my calls and emails when I had a question. Sadly in certain cases it is a matter and strategy of waiting, and he did it well. When you first are charged, it is shocking and there is no way of knowing an outcome, so any lawyer cannot say much. When it came to crunch time, he pulled through. I saw a lot of less experienced lawyers fumble, but he knows what to do. Highly recommend his services.
