Have you already been sentenced? If all conditions are complete then ct can terminate early. There is a statute allowing it.

You both need to be represented by experienced DUI attorneys. Your statement is valid as long as it was voluntary and they did not course you or force you to do it. However, your intoxication will determine how much weight or validity is attached to it.
