Can we get arrested for DUI if we are already inside the house?

Stan Glisson
Answered by attorney Stan Glisson (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Glisson Morris Attorney At Law
You certainly have good issues to use to defend yourself. I would get a lawyer hired as soon as you can, so they can get to work right away. Remember that you probably will get suspended by the DOL if you don't request a hearing within 20 days of the day of the arrest, so don't miss that deadline.

If I violated first offenders program before court date, what do I do?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
What you need is money to: (1) retain experienced counsel; and (2) attend rehab. Law school? Get real. You were caught smoking pot and were given a deal, and pissed all over the deal. Now, you are looking for a crooked mind. Law school is done for you. Get more realistic goals.

How do I see my blood test result before I go to court for my DUI case?

Morris H. "Mo" Wiltshire
Answered by attorney Morris H. "Mo" Wiltshire (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Wiltshire Defense
The procedure varies by jurisdiction and a lot depends upon which court your case is pending before. You can certainly receive the results of the blood test when they are available. Your best choice for both obtaining and interpreting your blood test result is going to be seeking help from a skilled defense lawyer in your area. Good luck.
