Hired Attorney Cary Ichter

His whole goal is to incite arguments so that he can bill more. Seen him in court and he acts like a bully but has the intelligence of a donkey. Unless you want a monster lawyer bill, I would get someone else

Cary Ichter has an elaborate history of Attorney Misconduct-be sure to read over it before hiring this guy as an attorney or special master. The misconduct spanned years, and the case is styled Costa & Grissom Mach. Co. Inc v. Qindao Giantway Mach. Co in the Northern District of Georgia. Quoting verbatim below how well respected Federal Judges, Judge Pannell and Judge Johnson, described Ichter's misconduct. "engaged in egregious behavior, acted dishonestly, and used deceptive, underhanded litigation tactics by intentionally misrepresenting the law" "acted willfully in bad faith, vexatiously, wantonly, and for oppressive reasons" "acts of misconduct were not isolated and were part of an intentional course of misconduct" "for the conduct to go uncorrected would result in no meaning to the oath of a witness, no meaning to the conduct of attorneys, and no rule of law" "the pervasive nature of bad faith and dishonesty...the court concludes that significant sanctions are warranted" $311,836

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
