How do I get my California driver’s license back after getting a DUI in Alaska?

Answered by attorney Steven Jed Alpers (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Steven J. Alpers, A Professional Corporation
You will have to go to the dmv with proof of insurance, form SR22, information about the Alaska suspension terminating, proof of classes if those were done in Alaska and a reissue fee.? If classes were not done in Alaska, the DMV may require classes here.

Can I expunge my Department of Motor Vehicles findings and remove my DUI from my driving record for employment purposes in California?

No. California doesn't have a true "expungement" law - we have what everybody calls an expungement in Penal Code 1203.4. It will dismiss a criminal conviction, cleaning it up somewhat for employment purposes, but it has absolutely no effect on your DMV history.

Not if it is your car. If it is hers then they will charge her with possession and she could lose her license for one year.
